How do you learn to read in a foreign language?

I’ve given Jackie 3 steps to take in order to end her frustration, get motivation and to make more evident the progress she’s making with her reading skills .

Sometimes, when you’re learning to read in another language it feels like it’s taking ages to develop your reading skills and you’re not making any progress. However, that’s not really true!
