Do you offer one to one or group Italian lessons?

If when you say “lesson” you mean meeting x times a week for an Italian class, not quite… and let me explain: after 10+ years of being in the field of language learning and teaching, I’ve discovered that just taking classes on their own is not the most effective way to learn to speak Italian, especially when you’ve already an intermediate level or beyond and your main goal is to become a fluent speaker of the language. Instead, I use my own unique method called Live Italian that brings together a variety of modalities (which includes, but it’s not mainly focused on, delivering live sessions) that allows you to approach the Italian language in a holistic way so that you can speak it as much as possible during your daily life and make it your own… and it works – but don’t take my word for it, check out what my students say here! What’s your hourly rate?

I don’t have an hourly rate as I don’t offer one hour long sessions on their own — I don’t believe them to be the most effective way to speak Italian. I mentor my students through a unique method that help them become confident Italian speakers. Do you offer conversation classes on their own?

No, I don’t offer conversation classes on their own, as I don’t believe them to be the most effective way to help you become a confident speaker of Italian. However, if the reason why you want conversation classes is because you’ve been learning Italian for a while and you can’t still speak it with ease, I have excellent news for you:  one of my mentorship programmes could be for you. In my programmes we focus on speaking Italian consistently (much more consistently than any conversation class). Are you available for face to face teaching or coaching in Chester?

No, at the moment I only teach and coach online and you can virtually learn with me anytime anywhere.

I’ve been learning Italian on X app for x months and I now want to practice my spoken Italian. Can you help me with that?

Yes, I can help you develop your speaking skills, however my hunch is that if you’ve only been using an app to learn Italian so far, you might need a bit more vocabulary building, sentence structure and grammar skills in order to make the most out of my programmes or mentorship. If you are already aware that you need more help with vocabulary building, you’re not really sure about how to structure your sentences in Italian or need to get your head around basic grammar, I’d recommend you to check out my mini-course Essential Italian for Travellers here which will help you build all those areas first.
